WHEN DOES THE MENU COME OUT?

Menu will be posted on our website Mondays by 10am and sent in our email newsletter on Mondays.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER MEALS?
Orders are due Thursday at 12pm to insure they are ready for Tuesday pickup.

 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEALS FOR ORDERING?
We do not have a minimum order but highly suggest starting with 5 meals per week to see results.

 

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MEALS?Meals will be delivered to gym locations on Tuesdays by 11am but you can pick up on whatever day is most convenient for you. Meals are kept refrigerated at the gyms until you can pick them up. 

 

HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?
Our meals are good for approximately 1 week, or you can freeze them to extend their shelf life.

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
At this time we do not offer home delivery but do have great gym partners around town for convenient pick up.

 

WHAT GYMS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
You can view the list of gyms here. If you have a question about delivery or would like to suggest to add a gym to our list please email us at

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM TO PICK UP THERE?
No, most of our gyms allow you to pick up even if you are not a member. If you are not a member please reach out to the gym or check their website for hours of operation in case they close before you pick up your meals.

 

 

DO THE MEAL CONTAINERS NEED TO BE RETURNED?
The meal containers are disposable and will not need to be returned.
